You can tell when there are standards for an astblishment that serves a community, McDonalds in Taylorville has NO standard when dealing with the public. Most recently, I ordered a 20pc nugget and a sweet tea. I got a 14pc nugget and a unsweet tea. Every time I go there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Wish the managers would hold employees and themselves accountable and to a standard.September 23, 2016
